Absolutely — I welcome communication between sessions. That said, changes to your care (like medication adjustments or form completion) must happen during scheduled visits. I am not an emergency provider, but I strive to be responsive and supportive within clear boundaries.
What are your fees?
- Initial Evaluation (60 minutes): $350
- Follow-up (30 minutes): $175
- Extended Follow-up (45 minutes): $250
What is your cancellation policy?
- Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance – no fee
- Late cancellations (under 24 hours) – up to 2 are free, then 50% of the appointment cost
- No-shows (missed with no communication) – full appointment fee charged
What’s the difference between a no-show and a late cancellation?
- A late cancellation is when you let us know you can’t attend less than 24 hours before your appointment.
- A no-show means missing your appointment entirely without any communication.
How long are appointments?
- Initial intake appointments are 60 minutes
- Follow-up visits are typically 30 minutes
- Extended follow-ups are 45 minutes if needed
